Dine Out Vancouver 2025 Three-Course Dinner
Join us from Jan. 22 to Feb. 9, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Archer Restaurant in Downtown Vancouver for a special Dine Out Vancouver experience featuring a curated $65 three-course menu that showcases the best of seasonal West Coast cuisine.
Start your journey with delicate flavours like Hamachi Crudo with sweet onion ponzu or an Artichoke Endive Salad. Main course options feature the tender, slow-braised Beef Short Rib or the luxurious Truffle Cavatelli. End on a sweet note with decadent Chocolate Mousse or a refreshing Matcha Terrine.
